Starting at 5:00pm.
The order of business shall be:
· Meeting Open
· Apologies.
· Confirmation of minutes of the 2019 AGM
· Correspondence Sent or Received
· Presentation of the Report – Activities of LRFC Inc in 2019
· Receipt and consideration of the LRFC 2019 Financial statement.
· Election of the Executive and Ordinary Committee Members of LRFC
· Next Meeting.
· Meeting Close.

ALL NOMINATIONS & ACCEPTANCES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE SECRETARY NO LATER THAN 5.00pm 5th January 2020 via secretary@lochinvarfc.com.au

Please let us know if you are interested in helping out the club in any way. This could include a variety of tasks at different times during the week including female participation officer, line marking, picking up canteen items, cleaning toilets and changerooms, cleaning canteen, gala day coordination, game day set up or pack up, fundraising, ground officials, game day coordinator, first aid officers, school liaison officer and volunteer coordinator.
